The platform is open to adults with residence in Croatia and the European Union. During onboarding we run identity verification in line with applicable regulation.
The minimum participation in a single project is €100. Each project may also have its own maximum per investor in order to keep participation diverse.
Once the project is completed and units are sold or leased, profits are distributed proportionally to all participants. Payout details, timelines and tax treatment are described in each project's documentation.
