The content on orqentrax.com (text, photography, logos, design) is protected by copyright and belongs to ORQENTRAX j.d.o.o. or its licensors. Use beyond private, non-commercial purposes requires our prior written consent.
3. Not a securities offer
Information about the crowdfunding model on this site is provided strictly for educational purposes. Specific investment opportunities, prospectuses and contractual frameworks are only available to registered users in the platform's closed area and in line with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 on European crowdfunding service providers.
4. Limitation of liability
Orqentrax is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site, nor for decisions made solely on the basis of materials on this site. We recommend consulting an independent financial adviser before making any investment decision.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Croatian substantive law. Any dispute arising from the use of the site falls under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb, subject to a prior 30-day amicable settlement attempt.
7. Consumer complaints
You may submit a complaint in writing to info@orqentrax.com. We will reply within 15 days. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will announce material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
